Classic American Blonde Ale. Malt forward with crisp, refreshing, dry finish.
A mix between an American and English style porter combining American and English malts, English hops, and American yeast. A perfect pint to pay homage to the delays we faced in 2021 and cheers to a great year in 2022!
German-style Sour Gose with Cucumber and Lime. A very refreshing and slightly tart ale that will quench any thirst.
A lighter Hazy IPA with Citra Mosaic & Galaxy hops. Still hazy and still hoppy but at a lower ABV so you can ride the haze craze all day long! 4.6% ABV
Full-bodied American Stout steeped with cacao nibs and a hint of cold-brewed coffee.
A modern take on a craft beer classic: The American Amber. Malty backbone with moderate hop nose from American C-Hops rounding out with a crisp hoppy-malt finish.
Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA brewed with Pilsner & White Wheat Malts. Hopped with Citra, Mosaic & El Dorado.
West Coast IPA with Simcoe, Cascade and CTZ hops. Balanced bitterness with a strong hop aroma on the nose.
Sometimes adding real fruits to beer can throw you some curve balls. Our base sour with blackberries, blueberries and strawberries make this a pink colored tart-sour ale with a little funk
Bavarian Style Hefeweizen. Southern German wheat beer with hints of banana and clove from hefeweizen yeast and German brewing techniques. True to the Reinheitsgebot with only 4 ingredients: 100% German malt, German hops, water and yeast.
Double the haze. Double the hops. We took Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops along with our Pleasantly Hazy IPA and decided to make a double beer for those looking to push the limits of what a Hazy IPA can be!
The original brown lager of Bavaria. Deep, complex, rich Munich malt flavor like toasted bread crust. Also true to the Reinheitsgebot with only 4 ingredients: 100% German malt, German hops, water and yeast. Prost!
Sour ale hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops. Gives notes of tangerine/orange with a moderate tart finish.
Mexican style lager brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malt with added flaked corn.
For when you want something a bit more hoppy than a Blonde Ale, but not quite as bitter as a full-blown American IPA, the Pale Ale is the answer. Centennial and Columbus hops paired with Pale Malt, make this style a classic in the beer community where balance is key.
The signature beer of Cologne, Germany. A delicate light German ale fermented at cool temperatures give this bright-clear straw-yellow beer a crisp finish with faint hints of honey.
Dark. Bitter. Hoppy. What else do you need? Citrusy hops, spiciness from a touch of rye malt, and a little bit of a smooth chocolate character make this dark colored IPA shine.
